REFUND
If the buyer does not like the shape, size, color, model or completeness of the purchased item, and if the item has not been used, is undamaged and has not lost its merchandise appearance, the buyer has the right to express a desire to return the item within fourteen days of receiving the shipment. In this case, the following information should be sent to boldstylelt@gmail.com:
1. Order number;
2. Name and surname;
3. Number and e-mail;
4. Reason for returning the product;
5. Account number for transfering the refund.
After emailing this information, please send the product to us at the address we provide to you.
After receiving the returned product, if it meets all the requirements listed above, we will refund the money to your specified account within 5 days. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to extend this deadline up to 10 days, but in this case, we will inform you about it.
