The terms and conditions of purchase are a legal document that defines the rights, duties, and responsibilities of the buyer and seller, the conditions for purchasing goods, paying for goods, delivering and returning goods. 1. General provisions
1.1. The parties mentioned in the contract are:

1.2. All buyers are subject to the same terms and conditions. When ordering goods, the buyer confirms that he has the right to buy in the electronic store in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Otherwise, the responsibility is assumed by the buyer, his trustee or a person responsible for him.
1.3. Only persons over 16 years of age can buy, accept cookies, and provide their personal data in the seller's online store. When the child is under 16 years of age, such actions are only lawful if that consent has been given or the data processing has been authorized by the holder of the child's parental responsibilities, and to the extent that such consent or permission has been given.
1.4. Having agreed to the terms and conditions of the purchase, the buyer confirms that he does not violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the legal interests of third parties when concluding a purchase-sale contract, performing a financial transaction, receiving and using the goods. If the buyer's confirmation of purchase terms and conditions is false or misleading in whole or in part, the responsibility rests with the buyer.
1.5. The seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time. The seller is not obliged to notify about this in a separate message. The changes will be reflected in the "purchase terms and conditions" section of the seller's online store.
1.6. If the buyer does not agree to part or all of the purchase terms and conditions or the buyer does not agree to the applicable fees, the buyer must not complete the order and enter into the purchase-sale agreement.
1.7. By agreeing to the purchase rules and conditions, the buyer undertakes to comply with them and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. Exchange and return of goods
2.1. Exchange and return of goods takes place in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.2. Exchange and return of goods in the assortment is possible within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the shipment.
2.3. If the goods are manufactured specifically according to the buyer's order, the seller reserves the right not to fulfill 2.2. of the conditions specified in point
2.4. Assorted goods can be exchanged or returned at the written request of the buyer. 2.5. Disputes between the consumer and the seller regarding the quality of the product are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3. Seller's rights and obligations
3.1. The seller, after completing the order and payment, must arrange for the delivery of the sold goods to the address specified by the buyer. The delivery of goods is carried out according to the conditions specified in the "Delivery and return" section of the seller's online store, unless the seller specifies otherwise.
3.2. The seller undertakes to sell goods that match the product descriptions in the seller's e-mail. in the store.
3.3. If the buyer returns a product of poor quality or does not like it, refund the money paid for the product. The refund amount is equal to the price paid by the buyer for the returned item. No compensation is expected.
3.4 Return the product according to the conditions specified in the "Delivery and return" section of the seller's online store, unless the seller specifies otherwise.
3.5. The purchase - sale process shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for in these purchase rules and conditions.
3.6 If the seller perceives a threat, danger or possible attempt to damage the seller's property and data from the buyer, the seller has the right to unilaterally decide not to fulfill the order, to limit the buyer's actions in the seller's e-mail address. in the store or cancel the order and return to the buyer the money transferred for the purchase of the goods (if they were transferred).
3.7. If questions arise regarding the completed order, the seller has the right to contact the buyer directly at the e-mail address specified by him. by mail or phone.
4. Duties and rights of the buyer
4.1. If the buyer does not agree with at least one item of the terms and conditions of purchase, he has the right not to complete the order and not to buy the goods.
4.2. If the buyer is not satisfied with the specifications, composition, etc. of the goods being sold, the buyer has the right not to buy the goods.
4.3. If the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of purchase when placing an order, he undertakes to pay for the goods, their delivery and to accept the goods from the shipping company.
4.4. The buyer undertakes to buy, pay for and use the goods in accordance with the procedure provided by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.5. If the buyer, for good reasons, wants to return a product that has no signs of use, is undamaged and has not lost its merchandise appearance, the buyer has 14 calendar days to do so after receiving the shipment.
4.6. The buyer can return the product according to the conditions specified in the "Delivery and return" section of the seller's online store, unless the seller specifies otherwise.
5. Responsibilities
5.1. The buyer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided during the purchase of goods.
5.2. If the buyer's data, which is used in placing the order, is leaked to third parties, the buyer is responsible for ordering the goods.
5.3. Buyers who violate the purchase rules and conditions shall be liable in accordance with the law.

6. Protection of personal data
6.1.
